Lhamoi Dromchhen (Trongsa)

Description

If Punakha is the “Palace of Great Happiness,” then Trongsa is the “Seat of Power.” The Lhamoi Dromchhen (Trongsa) is widely regarded as one of the most historically significant and oldest festivals in Bhutan. It is believed that the tradition of Tshechus actually spread across the country from this very spot.
